We're hiring an entry-level QC Technician for our 3rd shift team and are willing to train motivated candidates from any industry. In this role, you'll help ensure our products meet customer and quality standards while learning valuable manufacturing and quality control skills.

Shift Information

3rd Shift

  • Sunday night through Friday morning
  • 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM
  • Additional $2.50/hour shift premium
  • Overtime available as needed 

 

What You'll Do

As a QC Technician, you will:

  • Follow production specifications and batch instructions to meet customer requirements
  • Weigh materials and prepare color samples using molding, milling, and press equipment
  • Evaluate color and product quality using visual inspection and testing equipment
  • Use spectrophotometer software and other tools to analyze and correct color variations
  • Complete required documentation and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Additional Responsibilities

  • Perform quality tests such as:
    • FTIR analysis
    • Melt flow testing
    • Ash testing
    • Moisture analysis
  • Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives
  • Work overtime or weekends as needed to support production requirements
  • Assist with other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions and procedures
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to distinguish color differences
  • Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the organization

Manufacturing experience is not required. We will train the right candidate.
