Project Coordinator - Sales

Summary:

Under the direction of the Lab Manager, the Project Coordinator coordinates all incoming color match, sample, chip, and bottle requests. In addition will provide support to sales team to meet customer demands.

Essential Duties:

  • Manage and track the status of all Badger color match, sample, chip, and bottle requests, and targets.
  • Develop and maintain consistent follow up processes and coordinate timely responses to the sales team regarding status of requests, target arrival, and resin arrival.
  • Collaborate closely with multiple departments on a daily basis including but not limited to sales team, sample production and lab.
  • Resolve timeline conflicts by coordinating between lab, sample, and sales departments.
  • Maintain shipments so they are grouped together as per the sales reps request.
  • Enter new color match requests into logbooks/ log out completed color match requests.
  • Pull folders and targets needed for the matches. Take pictures and log targets in the target log, as well as email Reps when target/resin arrives.
  • Enter chip requests into the chip request log and schedule on match board.
  • Create/maintain training manuals for Sales Support Clerks and Project Coordinator.
  • Back-up to Sales Support Clerks when needed.
  • Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent / 3 years’ experience working in customer service or office environment / minimum 1 year working in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communications across all levels of personnel and management.
  • Excellent reading, math, and problem-solving skills required.
  • Personal computer knowledge skills.
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
